Anti-Vibration System
Its main function is to minimize vibrations and noises generated from vibration sources of bridge, machines etc. and its additional function is to enhance reliability and durability of bridge, machines etc.

Structure of bearing pad
It is installed in the interval between top structure of bridge and its foundation. It support top structure, grants degree of freedom, absorbs expansion depending on the change of temperature and load and relieves earthquake vibration.
Various designs are available depending on contact area, design method and rubber material and it can cope with expansion and change so it can be widely applied to skew bridge and curve bridge as well as horizontal bridge.
Durability of bearing pad
Bearing pad shall stand against dynamic changes of top plate of bridge (horizontal movement, load change and expansion) and support vertical load of top plate.
Bearing pad shall secure sufficient durability for long-term dynamic change and minimize shape change for long-term use.
Bearing pad shall secure outstanding durability against ozone, UV lay, heat and basic because it is exposed for a long time.
The characteristic of rubber decides durability and lifespan of bearing pad so it shall be manufactured on the basis of abundant experience in the process from prime
material selection to mixture and vulcanization, It is important to possess the testing machine with precise function and perform continual quality control for verification.

Lead rubber bearing pad (LRB) : Lead core is inserted in the center of bearing pad.
It secures stability against movement by absorbing large horizontal energy with the natural yield to long-term load.

Rubber mating
This product relieves vibration problem caused by operation of machine etc. in industrial site, production plant, workbench etc. and plays a roles to protect floor and to prevent sliding.
This is used in gym like squash/ health club etc. to prevent vibration, noise, and sliding so that human body and floor can be protected.
This is used in cowhouse and horse stable to relieve fatigue and stress of cow and horse. And this plays a role to prevent sliding.
Shock Mount
Shock mounts can be used in a wide variety of industrial applications to permit relative movement of
suspended mass to the ground, and isolate the effects of noise, vibration and shock. For example, this
is used in a container to transport new fuel in light-water reactor of nuclear power for safe transportation.
They are most effective when fitted to take loads in shear and compression, but can also be used in pure
shear or compression directions.
Rail pad
This is used as pad for crane like Goliath Crane, railroad track, structure, facilities, heavy equipment.
Rail pad for railroad track provides a space to reduce shock between rail and crosstie so that impact from rail can be absorbed. So crosstie and related facilities are protected.
